Tim McGraw to Make a Concert Performance at Camp Jeep 2007

After the announcement of the sponsorship of Chrysler Group’s Jeep division for the “Soul2Soul Tour 2007″ concert featuring country music artists and real life couples, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, the Jeep brand now confirms that Tim McGraw will have a special concert performance at the Camp Jeep. This year’s annual Camp Jeep will take place at the the Oak Ridge Estate in Nelson County, Virginia near Charlottesville in July 26 to 28. The event is for Jeep owners to have a three-day fun with their Jeep model conducting family friendly activities with other Jeep owners as well as off-road driving experience.

Tim McGraw will perform some of his most popular songs at the Camp Jeep that dominated the country music airwaves. These include “Live like You Were Dying” and “Real Good Man”. Moreover, the Grammy award-wining country music artist will also play his recent single “Last Dollar” from his new album “Let It Go.”
The registration and other information regarding the Camp Jeep event can be fount in Jeep’s website at www.jeep.com/campjeep. The Camp Jeep is only available for current Jeep vehicle owners. Registrants will be asked to input for their Jeep vehicle identification number (VIN) and ID numbers. The registration fee before March 31 is $245 per vehicle, and after that, registrants will have to pay $295 per vehicle to join the Camp Jeep. Last 2004, the Camp Jeep was also held in Charlottesville, Virginia where about 10,000 registered Jeep vehicle owners along with their respective families joined the three-day event.

Meanwhile, Tim McGraw’s performance at the Camp Jeep is part of the country music’ artist’s partnership with DaimlerChrysler’s Jeep brand. Jeep is sponsoring the concert tour of Tim McGraw and his wife Faith Hill, which is tagged as “Soul2Soul Tour 2007″. The “Soul2Soul Tour 2007″ will visit 33 concerts all over North America and will start at Omaha, Nebraska in June 6 and will end in Anaheim, California by August 10. Although DaimlerChrysler will not feature Mercedes-Benz models with Mercedes radiator hose, the Jeep brand will be a part of every concert venue during the tour. The Jeep brand will conduct product placements as well as online activities.

During the tour, the couple will bring their “Date Jeep”, which is a red 1978 Jeep CJ-6 that will travel along with the tour.
